Sydney Pick-Up & Drop-Off

2nd LANE offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off in Sydney by appointment only.

Clients who select Sydney pick-up must collect and return their order according to the pick-up and drop-off times selected at the time of booking and payment.

Australia-Wide Express Shipping

We offer Australia-wide express shipping for a fixed fee of $25 AUD. This fee covers one-way delivery from 2nd LANE to the client.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client and is not included in the $25 delivery fee.

All shipping must be sent via Express Post within Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide your tracking number.

Delivery Timing

2nd LANE will arrange delivery so your order arrives one day before your agreed travel date or one day before the first date of your confirmed booking.

Please ensure your booking dates allow enough time for delivery, use and return.

Return Shipping

Your order must be posted back on the final day of your booking period using Express Post with tracking.

If your final booking day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the order must be posted on the next available business day.

The client is responsible for all return postage costs and for ensuring the item is returned safely and on time.

Packaging Requirements

All rentals must be returned in the original packaging provided by 2nd LANE.

If the original packaging is damaged, the client must use similar protective packaging suitable for luxury garments, footwear and accessories.

International Travel

2nd LANE does not offer international shipping and does not accept returns posted from overseas.

If you are travelling internationally, we can ship your rental to you within Australia before your departure. You may then travel with the items during your booking period.

Your booking must cover the full period of your trip and continue until the day you are able to post the item back to 2nd LANE from within Australia.
