Moncler Grenoble's Fall/Winter 2027 Show Heads to Switzerland's Engadin Valley
Moncler Grenoble has just confirmed its next runway moment: the Fall/Winter 2027 show returns to Switzerland, staged in the Engadin Valley on 6 February 2027, a year after the brand took its mountain runway to Aspen, Colorado for the first time.

A Return to Switzerland
Moncler has confirmed that Moncler Grenoble's Fall/Winter 2027 show will take place on 6 February 2027 in the Engadin Valley, in Switzerland's Graubünden canton — the same high alpine region that holds St. Moritz, one of the label's earliest and most recognisable Grenoble stages. The exact venue hasn't been disclosed yet, but it's already being described as a more intimate, gathered setting than the brand's recent large-scale productions, built around an entire weekend dedicated to mountain living rather than a single evening show.
It marks a return trip, in more ways than one. Grenoble's last show, for Fall/Winter 2026, left Europe altogether for the first time and landed in Aspen, Colorado — a genuine first for the line. Before that, Moncler Grenoble had built its runway identity almost entirely on the Alps: St. Moritz in 2024, Courchevel in other recent seasons, each show doubling as a showcase for wherever Moncler had decided alpine culture lived that year. Coming back to Switzerland for FW27 reads less like a retreat from America and more like the brand closing the loop on its own heritage before its next chapter.

What Aspen Set Up
The Show FW27 Has to Follow
To understand why FW27 matters, it helps to know what Grenoble just did. In January 2026, the label staged its Fall/Winter 2026 show on a snowy mountain basin outside Aspen — its first Grenoble show on American soil, timed to the opening of Moncler Grenoble's first U.S. flagship store in the town. Ninety-five looks blended genuine ski performance with a very specific American mood: 1950s outdoor nostalgia and Western heritage layered over technical alpine gear, from wide-brimmed hats and suede fringe to shearling-lined parkas and an Aspen-leaf motif worked into everything from jacquard knits to a hand-drawn map printed on a cape.
Chairman and CEO Remo Ruffini framed the choice of Aspen as "a match made in the mountains" — a nod to Moncler's own Italian alpine roots meeting a town that was, in its own way, also settled by Italian immigrants. Around 350 guests, including Gigi Hadid, Adrien Brody, Emily Ratajkowski, Jennie of BLACKPINK and Kevin Costner, watched models move across moguls under moonlight, with a co-designed snowboard from ambassador Shaun White's WHITESPACE line closing out the brand's most literal performance-meets-fashion statement yet.

For Now, Just the Setting
What We Don't Know Yet
No silhouettes, no colour story, no materials — Moncler hasn't released a single look from Fall/Winter 2027, and won't until the Engadin Valley show itself in February. What's been confirmed so far is the date, the region and the format: a weekend built around mountain living, with the runway as its centrepiece, in a setting the brand is deliberately keeping smaller and more intimate than Aspen's 350-guest spectacle.
That restraint is itself a clue. After a season spent proving Grenoble could translate its mountain language to an entirely new continent and audience, a quieter return to the Alps suggests FW27 may be less about spectacle and more about the brand re-grounding itself in the landscape the Grenoble line was named for in the first place — Grenoble, France, host city of the 1968 Winter Olympics, where Moncler first supplied the French ski team.
